I originally phoned a company called Samlock. After they let me down, I cancelled them. So glad I did as their reviews are dreadful. I checked reviews out for VB Locksmiths and they were excellent. I phoned and they said they would be there within 45 minutes. In the meantime a locksmith turned up in a hired van and wanted to charge me over £500 pounds for a new lock barrel. VB turned up and it was the owner of the company. The freelance locksmith was dispatched after telling me I was stupid and after I refused to pay a cancellation charge. VB were professional and informative, did the job and were very reasonably priced. He was so helpful.

Vlada is very professional.
He came at the time he estimated for arrival, with the adequate tools.
He explains to customers what different options they have got, and what he recommends, and he is indeed a decent gentleman, who doesn't even let you feel that there is a problem at all.

I would definitely recommend this company, after I contacted them the guy came out within the hour to look at my back door which I wasn’t able to shut, he ordered me a new hinge but adjusted it temporarily, he’s been back today to fit the hinge, really happy with the service, would definitely recommend.

I had a issue with my porch door that was not opening. Called Vlad early in the morning. The communication was excellent, arrived before the mentioned time, opened the door with in few minutes and fixed the door within 30 minutes. Vlad came to the house late at night yesterday to secure my broken window as it would not close due to broken hinges on old windows he then returned the next morning first thing replaced both hinges and the handle.

I contacted this gentleman about a problem with the handle of a composite door that would not lock properly and he came around forty minutes later.He was very polite and very professional and knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the problem straight away.I would definitely call him back for any future problems and would highly recommend him im very happy with his service

Vlad locksmith did a great job helping me with a smartlock when i left my key inside after I’d called 7-8 other locksmiths who also said they couldn’t do it! He came through very quickly in Birmingham and sorted my smartlock which is really secure, after midnight, for a very reasonable price. Honestly I couldn’t recommend him enough. He also cane across as a very kind and polite person, a consummate professional. Vb locksmith company is really the best company! 🔐

Very great service, coming on time on such short notice. Whilst managing to find a solution to a very troublesome situation. As our key was still inside the door from the other side. Through drilling our door, he managed to completely remove and replace the lock, without leaving behind a single mark. We will definitely use this service again, if we ever reach a problem similar to this
