Would definitely recommend these chaps! Came out immediately when I rang them, wasnt a straight forward job as my daughter had broken something off in the lock, which made the job much more difficult but they persevered & got me back into my car where our puppy sat patiently watching them through the window. Very reasonably priced for coming out in the evening & arriving so promptly. Hopefully I wont need them again as Ive learnt my lesson but would very much recommend if you need them! Thankyou

Highly recommend Charlie, I woke up and my backdoor wouldn't unlock, did a search, found this lock smith company and decided to use this company based on reviews on Google. I gave him a call at 7.30am, he was at my home by 12. It took him a while to get the door unlocked because the locking mechanism had snapped so the bottom dead locks weren't moving. He managed to get the dead lock free and temporarily fuctional until he supplied a new locking mechanism to fit my door within 48 hours. Thank-you!!

Charlie was great. Replied to my online enquiry within minutes and we agreed an appointment time later the same day. Would 100% recommend his services. My problem was a UPVC door which wouldnt open. He sorted it out and serviced the whole locking mechanism. Even had time to give my dog a cuddle in the process so she recommends him too!

I recently had a new front door fitted but unfortunately there had been a problem with the mechanism resulting in me being locked in my house a couple of times and I had lost all trust in the window & door company who fitted it. I contacted Charlie asking if he would service the door and check for any issues. Charlie came next day, he was calm, friendly and knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind. Would happily recommend and would definitely use again.

Charlie arrived today to fix my front door lock..he went above and beyond to get the door locking properly again and he had it fixed in no time. Very professional, friendly service and a good price considering he had to replace the whole locking mechanism and give me three new keys.

Locked myself out today, googled "locksmith broadstairs" I called East Kent Locksmiths because the reviews were very good ... Glad I did because Charlie arrived 20 mins after the call, just as he said, took very little time to get the door open with minimal fuss and for a good price, considering it is a Sunday!
