Max came round to help out as I had lost my back door keys to my house. I felt really comfortable with him and he was very professional as well as being able to help in a timely manner. Max talked me through different locking mechanisms and I decided I wanted to upgrade my locks. Max explained this clearly and I have felt much more secure at home since. I would highly recommend him.

I have had to call out Max a few times and he is excellent at what he does. He responded to calls and messages very quickly and got to me as soon as he could. The quality of his work is second to none and would highly recommend him and also he is fair with his price. Max is professional and polite and well experienced in his job.

Chose Max on the strength of his reviews on here and I wasn't disappointed. He arrived within half an hour and changed the lock and handle on my front door that was getting stuck for a more secure version. Asked him to also look at back door which I suspected was going to have similar problems soon, which he confirmed and said he could also change that so I would not have to pay for labour again later. Told me how to maintain the mechanisms to prevent problems in future.
Couldn't be happier with Max - gives (very reasonable) pricing up front, friendly, polite and has a seemingly encyclopedic knowledge of locks, where they're made and how to maintain each type. Thanks Max!

I highly recommend Max - he arrived on the same day, within 1 hour of calling up to make an appointment to fix my front door that wouldn't open. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the issues/repair process and was upfront on costs. He also helped with some issues I was having on another external door.
