Mark came on same day and explained options well. Great quality lock fitted with brilliant guarantee. As labour was fixed per hour also sorted latch mechanism glitches on the door which was fire door front door and my French doors and only additional cost was parts.

Ben recently changed our locks for us after we got the keys to our new house, after relocating. We found Ben to be incredibly knowledgeable and he talked us through all of the different options for the locks. Ben also gave us his honest advice around the best lock type for our garage door, which we appreciated. Wed definitely recommend 1st Defence Locksmiths Leeds to our friends, family, and others who are looking for a professional, honest, and friendly locksmith

Had issues with my main house door lock. Found 1st Defence Locksmiths online. Liked they were local and not through a call centre. Attended same day and fitted brand new lock. Door also adjusted as well so it closed better and locked easier. Very happy

Highly recommended! We called Ben for emergency assistance when we our door seized - he arrived within 30 minutes and very quickly reviewed the issue, taking the time to explain the works he was carrying out. He was able to sort the problem same day and was extremely professional throughout. We also felt Ben offered a very good value service (especially considering the emergency call out!). We would not hesitate to use Ben again. Thank you!

Great work replacing our broken front door lock. Ben came out quickly and sorted the problem within 10-15 minutes. He was also really helpful with advice on my door as a whole and the new lock he put in. Really good local locksmith that I would highly recommend to anyone in the Leeds area!

Ben is a professional before being a great person to talk to. He has fixed my kitchen windows( blocked from more than one month) in less of one hour and the most important part of it is that he is honest. I will call you again for all my windows issue. Thank you Ben :-)

Ben was professional in his behaviour, presentation and approach, and sorted my problem quickly and efficiently, going the extra mile to leave me with a fully adjusted and functioning door. He arrived at the arranged time (confirmed by phone an hour ahead - I was impressed that he had tried me a few times - I was driving). He gave helpful advice along the way too. I would recommend 1st Defense Locksmiths Leeds.
