I had an issue with my door where the lock mechanism was catching and making it difficult to lock. The locksmith came out promptly and quickly identified the problem. Highly recommended! We called Ben for emergency assistance when we our door seized - he arrived within 30 minutes and very quickly reviewed the issue, taking the time to explain the works he was carrying out.
